You can craft it with 3 Apples and 1 Dough, very cheap.
Like most foods, the Apple Pie needs to be cooked, use any possible source of fire to cook it! But be careful, if you leave it on too long, it will burn.
This pie comes with four portions, one giving you + 20 of the hunger stat. (80 + hunger per individual whole pie)
Note: There is no way to craft Burnt Applie Pie.
